Refund Policy & Return Policy

At Advitha Pet Hospital, we strive to provide the best service for our customers and their pets. While many of the products available on our website are returnable, certain conditions apply. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase to determine if a product is eligible for return.

Return Eligibility:

– Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, whether digital or physical.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following categories unless the product is damaged or spoilt upon receipt:
– Food and treats
– Bedding, mats, and travel supplies
– Cat litter
– Health and wellness products
– Grooming supplies
– Bowls and feeders
– Toys

Please note that for combo products (e.g., a pack of 10 items), returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if any units are unopened (e.g., if 09 out of 10 packets are unopened, they are not eligible for return).

Initiating a Return:

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at the above email or phone number. The hospital reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will notify you via email or SMS. Orders suspected to be for purposes other than personal use may also be canceled.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If there are any issues, such as defects, damages, wrong items, or if your item is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds:

If you return a product, we will notify you once it has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Cancellations will also result in a refund to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.

Cancellation:

You may cancel a teleconsultation appointment with our veterinarians up to one hour before the scheduled time. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the veterinarian is unable to attend the scheduled teleconsultation, we will notify you in advance, and you can choose to reschedule or request a refund.

If you cancel an appointment at least one hour before the scheduled time, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method. However, if you do not cancel and fail to attend the appointment, no refund will be issued.
